During the registration process please have a credit card available for payment of the registration fee.

Upon completion of your registration you will receive an electronic receipt/ tax invoice.

If you cancel your registration, refunds will only be made where the written request for withdrawal is received on or before Monday 30th September 2013, less an administration/cancellation fee of $25. Requests for refunds after the 30th September 2013 will incur a $150 AUD administration/cancellation fee.

Verification of student status may be required upon request.

Dietary requirements and Allergy information will be collected during the registration process. For catering purposes you will be asked to select what functions you plan to attend during the Symposium. The cost of these functions is included in the registration fee.

Please note that The Symposium will be conducted at Charles Sturt University, and Rydges Mount Panorama, Bathurst.

CSU in Bathurst, NSW

Charles Sturt University's Bathurst campus has excellent facilities including computerised lecture theatres, new biochemistry laboratory and state-of-the-art technical exercise and nursing laboratories. A video about the campus is available here.

Bathurst is located approximately 200 km west of Sydney.
