Welcome to the CSU Ontario School of Education, and thank you for taking the time to investigate all that we have to offer. The School is enjoying a growth period with the recent Ministerial approvals of two new programs - the Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies and the Master of International Education (School Leadership). These programs, combined with our Bachelor of Primary Education Studies, are distinguished by their attention to preparing reflective and ethical professionals to work in the complex and changing field of education.
Our staff of practitioner-scholars are deeply committed to engaging candidates to ponder how to create, maintain and provide leadership in inclusive classrooms as part of learning communities. We embody this commitment to our students through our engaged and responsive pedagogies, relevant and challenging curricula, research that enables us to make better sense of our work, and involvement in our professional and local communities.
At the heart of our work are the values of a commitment to diversity and difference, sustainability, ethical practice, global citizenship, and social justice. Come join our learning community and experience the excitement, challenge and collaboration that we have to offer.
On behalf of all of us in the CSU Ontario School of Education, I welcome you to our School.
