School of Education
The School of Education operates from the Charles Sturt Unviversity's Wagga Wagga and Albury-Wodonga campuses. In Wagga Wagga, there is a focus on teacher education programs in primary and secondary teacher education including Technology and Applied Studies (TAS), Vocational Education and Training (VET). In Albury - Wodonga (Thurgoona) there is a focus on teacher education programs in early education (birth to five and primary years) and in middle schooling (across the primary and secondary years). Staff at both campuses also teach in many of the Faculty's Distance Education Programs.

School of Information Studies
The School of Information Studies, based in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, conducts teaching and research in Information Studies and related disciplines. At the Post Graduate level it offers specialist courses in Audiovisual Archiving, Information Studies, and Teacher Librarianship.

School of Human Movement Studies
The School of Human Movement Studies, based in Bathurst, New South Wales, graduates professionals to work in the areas of exercise science, rehabilitation, sports psychology, sports journalism, PDHPE teaching. The School of Human Movement Studies is also now offering a Master of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation) which will allow graduates to work in the allied health profession of exercise rehabilitation and to apply for a Medicare provider number. From 2008, students enrolling in our Bachelor of Education (PD/H/PE) will be able to choose to graduate as qualified teachers in two curriculum areas, This will give graduates an obvious employability advantage over most other physical education graduates.

School of Teacher Education
The School of Teacher Education operates on the Charles Sturt University campuses Bathurst and Dubbo, New South Wales. The School of Teacher Education concentrates on teacher education programs in the early childhood, primary, secondary, secondary/psychology, inclusive education, and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL), as well as servicing many of the Faculty's Distance Education Programs. The Dubbo campus provides a specialisation in Indigenous Education.

CSU Ontario School of Education
The CSU Ontario School of Education concentrates on teacher education programs for Canadian residents seeking registration as a Primary/Junior Teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers. It is also the adminstrative campus for the Master of International Education (School Leadership), offered by distance education.

Centre for Indigenous Studies
The CIS in collaboration with all faculty staff and the Executive has a charter that includes responsibility for the promotion of teaching and learning of Indigenous education at CSU. This is an exciting era for the University whereby indigenous staff housed within the centre will have an opportunity to increase the universities profile on Indigenous research, teaching and learning for all students.
