Order Form
For urgent book orders, please use the prepayment / credit card option.
Australian customers: Unfortunately, the Centre for Information Studies does not have online credit card facilities as yet. You can however, submit an ONLINE ORDER FORM which will ask for your name and address and an invoice will be generated shortly after. If an invoice is the required option for payment by you as an individual, please supply your date of birth (within the comments field) so Finance can open an account. Otherwise, if the invoice is to be made payable to a company, please supply your ABN.
Overseas customers: The Centre requires prepayment for all overseas orders. Please see the following prepayment method. For large orders or enquiries regarding postage amounts, please send details within an email to cis@csu.edu.au and a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours showing the total cost.
Prepayment / Credit card payments:
If you would like to pay by credit card, please print off the order form and complete all details (including cardholder signature) and fax to +61 2 6933 2733 or email to cis@csu.edu.au (scanned copy). Alternatively, the completed order form can be posted with a cheque or Australian money order to the following although this process will take longer:
