The Faculty of Education's Research Priority Area, 'Information Studies', represents most of the research undertaken in the School. Specific projects funded by the Faculty in this RPA include:
- Investigating the news seeking behavior of young adults (2009 and 2010)
- The development and implementation of a learning centre in Second Life (2009)
- From school to work and from work to school: information environments and transferring information literacy practices (2009)
