Libbey Murray
I commenced teaching at CSU Dubbo campus in 2008. Prior to this, I have taught in primary schools in the Dubbo district for the last five years, while undertaking a full-time PhD (Educational Psychology). I completed my Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) (Honours) in 2002 through CSU and am excited to still be involved with this University. My teaching interests include educational psychology, child development, creative arts and educational research. My research interests include social and emotional adjustment to kindergarten, transition to formal schooling, child stress and anxiety, children’s coping, quality teaching and quality learning environments.
PhD thesis title: Children’s perspectives on the first year of school: Adjusting to the personal, interpersonal and institutional aspects of school.
