Sara Murray was appointed to the Faculty of Education at Charles Sturt University in January 2009. She has previously held research and teaching positions at the University of Sydney, University of New South Wales and University of Western Sydney. Sara completed her PhD at the University of Sydney in 1992. Her thesis was an examination of sociocultural factors in eating disorders. Sara has extensive experience as a practising adolescent psychologist.
