Pip has completed a B Medical Science (Hons) through CSU, specialising in Clinical Physiology. On completion of this degree, she worked as a paediatric respiratory scientist in the Respiratory Unit at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. The laboratory focused on the management of children with Cystic Fibrosis, complex asthma, anaphylaxis and respiratory complications associated with use chemotherapy in children.
Pip joined the CSU team in February 2009, as part of a multi-centre study into pharmacy-based asthma management. After joining the Anatomy and Physiology teaching staff in mid 2009, Pip has also become involved in Problem-based learning and more specific respiratory-focused subjects run through the School of Biomedical Sciences.
