Sonja has a diverse background in prehospital care after having worked in four ambulance services internationally. Sonja has worked in single response, rapid response, dual response - city and rural and lastly also aeromedical.

Teaching

Sonja has spent the last five years as primarily an educator and education delivery manager for vocational paramedics. She has worked within a dynamic team to develop and deliver education materials(including CME) to paramedics.

Current Research

Sonja's interest in research include exploring and developing educational pathways for paramedics. She also has an interest in non invasive capnography and its use in the out of hospital environment.
