Bridget is a part time member of staff involved in teaching paediatric physiotherapy and complex case management subjects to undergraduate students in the 3rd and 4th years of their physiotherapy programme. Bridget currently works clinically on the paediatric therapy team at Albury Community Health Centre. Her particular areas of interest are paediatric physiotherapy, family centered practice and disability in developing countries.

Since graduating in 1983 Bridget has worked clinically in metropolitan and regional settings in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, and overseas in developing countries in physiotherapy training programmes. In 2007-2008 she worked as a teaching mentor and consultant to the Physiotherapy programme at Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences in Nepal. 

Areas of Research Interest

Development of hip dysplasia in children with CP; family centered practice and participation of children with physical disabilities, cultural approaches to teaching and learning.
