EMAIL JANICE HINDERAKER 
Janice is a Lecturer in Anatomy and teaches students in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy Courses. She joined CSU in 1998, after teaching in The Faculty of Medicine at The University of Newcastle, since 1990. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree (Anatomy) from Sydney University (1988) and a Masters Degree in Medical Science from the University of Newcastle (1996). She also studied at The University of New Mexico (USA).
Her research interest is in cervical spine and she is currently undertaking a PhD programme at The University of Newcastle, in Cervical Spine Morphology.
She has a strong commitment to the education of her students and initiates a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. She has other interests in forensic medicine, alternative health therapies, gardening and Japanese culture.
