Libby Clark lectures primarily within the Speech Pathology program as well as providing occasional lectures on communication skills, voice and community rehabilitation to other programs in the School of Community Health.
Her professional experience as a speech pathologist has predominantly been in the area of adult rehabilitation although she has also worked in the disability field for a number of years, and is also a experienced ESL teacher.
Her research interests include the analysis of professional and institutional discourse, collaborative interaction between health professionals and interpreters, as well as the English language needs of overseas trained health professionals.
Conversational analysis, working with interpreters, assessing English language competence.
