Simone graduated from La Trobe University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). She currently works part-time as a clinician with Wodonga Regional Health Service, where her clinical interests include rehabilitation (neurological & cardiopulmonary), exercise, antenatal, and chronic disease management.
In the physiotherapy program at CSU, Simone is involved in the teaching of Critical Reviews in Professional Practice, Complex Case Management, and Neurosciences
Simone also recently completed her PhD examining the role of progressive resistance exercise for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Areas of Research Interest
Adherence factors influencing physiotherapy intervention, therapeutic exercise and chronic disease management.
