Stephen has worked as a Speech Pathologist in a broad cross section of health settings including rehabilitation, acute care, schools, community based services, specialist units and private practice. Stephen has also worked extensively beyond Speech Pathology, holding management, project and policy positions for several private and public organisations, including TAFE, Amnesty International, local Council, Dept. Education, Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service and the Job Network.
Stephen has a particular interest in workplace communication, particularly as it relates to recruitment and retention in a changing labour market. He is currently working at Charles Sturt University as a lecturer, clinical educator and researcher.
