  • Sample Container: One litre (minimum) glass or plastic bottle
    Sampling technique: Rinse container with sample to be collected, fill to exclude air

    Sampling technique: Do NOT rinse the bottle before filling. Fill to within 1-2 cm of the top. Note that sample bottles may contain an acid preservative.

    Sampling technique: Bottle may contain preservative. Do NOT rinse bottle before filling. Do not completely fill bottle.

    Sampling technique: Sterilise outlet before sampling using either heat or ethanol. Allow outlet to flow before sampling. Do not rinse bottle before filling.
