Samson Agboola International Travel Grant
We are very pleased to announce that Soumi Paul Mukhopadhyay has been awarded the inaugural 2013 Samson Agboola International Travel Grant. The grant of $1000 will go towards travel to the 10th Panborn Sensory Science Symposium in Brazil in August 2013.
Soumi is undertaking a PhD in food science focussing on consumer preference for cooked chickpeas, aimed at informing pulse breeders on desirable sensory traits of pulse varieties.
Associate Professor Samson Agboola was a world class researcher who passed away in 2012 whilst teaching and researching at CSU.
