Scholarships
There are many scholarships available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students and CSU provides many scholarships for their students.
Use the Scholarships & Grants Search tool to view only those you may be eligible to apply for.
It is also worthwhile to search on "Google" as scholarships change every year. Try a search that includes the key words 'scholarship', 'nursing', and either 'undergraduate or 'postgraduate'. Make sure you keep your search confined to Australia.

- NSW Nurses Association - Edith Cavell Trust Scholarship
- Australian College of Nursing Scholarships
- NSW Health Scholarships
- SARRAH Scholarships (Services for Australian Rural & Remote Allied Health)
- Australian Practice Nurses Association
- Australian Rotary Health 'Parnell Rural & Remote Nursing Scholarship' and 'Woodside Australian Rotary Health Rural & Remote Nursing Scholarship' available for third year students only
- Nurses Memorial Centre "Babe" Norman Scholarship (Postgraduate). This $30,000 scholarship is for nurses and midwives enrolled in research doctorates.
- Fulbright Scholarships
- Rural scholarship from the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Foundation supports people who demonstrate a passion for rural issues and the determination to make a difference.
- CSIRO - Postgraduate and Honours Scholarships
- Ian Scott Scholarship - The scholarship will provide salary and incidental support for postgraduate students who are undertaking full-time research for a PhD in an area of research relevant to mental health.
- Postgraduate scholarships - The Australian Department of Health and Ageing, under the Nursing and Allied Health Scholarship and Support Scheme supports qualified allied health workers including Aboriginal health workers to study a formal postgraduate qualification at a recognised university or institution.
- Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders tertiary scholarship - This is for postgraduate study in a tertiary institution in Australia. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background and currently enrolled full-time in an Australian university.
- PhD Scholarships - Australian Rotary Health now have a number of PhD scholarships available NSW and Australia-wide.
- Midwifery scholarships - The Australian College of Midwives, under the Australian Midwifery Scholarship Foundation, invites applications for its scholarships. These scholarships are for midwives to undertake research, attend conferences or study tours.
