The facilities of the Equine Centre can be hired for use by individuals or clubs for approved equine activities.

Conditions of Use of Facilities
- Equine Science students have access to the Arenas when they are available (not hired) and at the discretion of the Equine Centre Manager, at no charge. Other conditions of use apply.
- Members of the public including CSU students of courses other than Equine Science, or CSU staff may become Registered Approved Users of the Equine Centre under the following conditions:
- They must show to the Equine Centre Manager proof that they are financial members of an equestrian society which provides insurance in the event of injury incurred while riding at the Equine Centre.
- The Equine Centre Manager will provide such persons with an Registered Approved User card, dated for a period of either 12 months or the expiry date of the relevant equestrian society membership, whichever is the shorter period.
- Registered Approved Users or CSU Equine Science students must present their RAU cards on request when using CSU facilities.
- Fees for access to the facilities will be invoiced at the end of each month.Access is allowed at times from 6 am to 10 pm when the facilities are not booked for other activities. Bookings can be viewed on the internet on the CSU Equine Centre webpage and can be made by email to the Equine Centre Manager or by telephone. The booking is not accepted until email receipt or verbal acknowledgement is received.
- Facilities hired and used must be left in the same condition as that when first hired. For any maintenance or cleaning that is required as a result of the hirer leaving facilities/amenities/site in a condition that is less than consistent with the standard in which they were lent out/hired, the hirer will be incur a fee of $50.00 per hour for cleaning.
- Breakages or damage to facilities including jump rails and the cross country course must be reported to Equine Centre Management. The cost for repairing or replacing any items or equipment that are misplaced or damaged will be incurred by the user.
