Nigel moved to Australia in 1997 after completing a post-doctoral appointment at the University of Glasgow, working in both molecular biology and biochemistry. He has worked at CSU since 2000, first in the School of Agriculture and, since 2008, the School of Animal and Veterinary Sciences. Nigel teaches genetics to both veterinary and animal science students and biotechnology to animal science students.
