Discussion Papers
Welcome to the "Discussion Papers" section
of AFBMNetwork webpage.
This section offers to AFBMNetwork members the
opportunity to publish in the net, with their recognised authorship,
any type of papers that encourage discussion and exchange of ideas
on issues of wider interest to the membership, and a world-wider
audience.
AFBMNetwork members may use this folder of the
webpage to link it to their personal webpages, and to the specific
papers they have therein available for public reading. The papers
that can be placed in this section may be documents already published
somewhere else or drafts of likely publishable documents in refereed
journals, conferences, industry meetings, lectures, workshops or
the personal work of any of the members of the Network. Farmers
and agribusiness managers may use this means as an opportunity to
let the outside know what their thoughts are about specific issues
of their interest. Academics, researchers and extension officers
may find herein an excellent primary opportunity to test their draft
ideas for further publication. Farm business consultants always
have interesting comparative analysis of performance that die on
top of their desks. Why not to put all these good things in a simple
format with a title, author(s) identification, contact means and
body of the document ? There will not be a review process of these
documents and the Editorial Team of the webpage will only look for
the essential default formatting of the webpage.
This section has a twofold purpose. First to offer
a wider range of services to AFBMNetwork members, and second to
make AFBMNetwork member publications wider acknowledged in order
to benefit the members with the feedback of the readers, and make
the reading audience more aware of the skills of AFBMNetwork members.
How can you access the discussion papers ?
Using the Harvard System of Referencing the papers
will be alphabetically listed by authors hereafter. All what an
intending reader has to do is to click in the first author's surname
to gain access to the full paper. Afterwards, enjoy the reading
and please come back to the author(s) with your comments
if you wish so !!!
In order to start the Discussion Papers section
we have placed hereafter some of the papers "close to our hands"
hoping this will encourage AFBMNetwork members to come with many
more papers and ideas.
