Mr. Aftab is Water Resources Engineer and has six years of experience in water industry in Australia, Thailand and Pakistan . He is currently employed as Hydrologist at CSU. He is currently engaged in strategic research projects involving hydrology of irrigation systems, system dynamics modelling of water resources and climate variability and forecast in Australian catchments. Mr. Ahmad has worked for four years at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand where he had been involved in several research and consultancy projects on hydrologic modelling of surface and groundwater systems. He had been teaching a subject on Modelling of Water Resource Systems at AIT. He has also served as Assistant Project Coordinator for United Nations Water Virtual Learning Centre at AIT. His research interest include hydrologic modelling; modelling the response of hydrologic systems to climate variability; and irrigation demand management. In addition Mr. Ahmad has hands–on experience in software development.
