I am the new Indigenous Trainee Laboratory Assistant at the CSU Thurgoona Campus. I moved to Wodonga in January 2009 from Brisbane, where I had lived for 4 years. I am originally from Darwin which is similar to here, in terms of being a friendly small town, which I find refreshing. Laboratory Work is new to me and I am thoroughly enjoying every aspect of it, particularly because I had worked in administrative positions pretty much since leaving high school in 2002, and it is likely that I will never go back to work in another office ever again as I feel quite at home in a lab.
