My main interest is the conservation ecology of native Australian fauna. My PhD research is examining the relationship between food resources and grassland vegetation structure and how this influences habitat selection by the nationally vulnerable Plains–wanderer. My research is mostly being carried out in the native grasslands on Oolambeyan National Park, which uses sheep grazing as a management tool to maintain the open structure that Plains–wanderers prefer.
