I got my bachelor degree in the profession of irrigation & drainage from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University between 1990–1994 and got master degree in the profession of irrigation & drainage from Beijing Postgraduate School of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower between 1994–1997. I had ever been working in China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower (IWHR) since graduation in 1997 as an assistant engineer, engineer and senior engineer successively and concurrently working as the Executive Secretary of Chinese National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage (CNCID) since 1999 until got enrollment into CSU in August 2006. My research interests include water resource management, hydrology, irrigation, drainage and water instutitions and policies.
