Eloise has been working with the Victorian Department of Primary Industries for the past 13 years. She has a background in catchment management, general NRM, Environmental Management Systems, role of government and environmental policy. She is using this opportunity as a post-graduate student to re-train in environmental sociology. Her main research interest is in regional NRM and the role of the community in NRM decision-making. She has published papers in catchment management and Environmental Management Systems.
