This course, with integrated Honours option, International field experience and professional internship, develops graduates who have the skills to tackle national and international environmental issues. CSU’s Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management is for people wanting to address the big issues facing Australia and the Globe.
Studies in ecology, wildlife management, vegetation management, aquatic science, geographic information systems, environmental assessment and the earth sciences are complemented by studies of the human dimension, including Indigenous land management, environmental policy and natural resource management.

Students apply for internship placements and undergo a selection process similar to applying for a job. This develops essential job seeking skills and many internships lead to full time work upon graduation.

The international trip for Honours students is undertaken in the third year. More information about Honours is here.
