As a national university for the professions, CSU prides itself on providing practical, hands on courses that ensure graduates are job- ready.
Our courses are developed in collaboration with industry representatives, and accredited with relevant government and industry bodies. With hundreds of degrees and thousands of subjects to choose from, CSU has study options to suit your students.
STUDY LINK subjects are particularly beneficial for students who need to brush up on their skills in a particular subject area, or for those who have been out of study for some time.
By completing one or more STUDY LINK subjects, students will not only increase their skills, but will develop a clear understanding of the expectations of studying at university. STUDY LINK provides subjects via flexible, online delivery allowing students to complete subjects from the convenience of their own home.
The overall cost of obtaining a degree at CSU is lower than most other universities in Australia, and our students benefit from the lower cost of living in a regional centre compared to metropolitan locations. However, in preparation for university life, students need to be aware of likely costs associated with study.
While most students are aware of fees, they should also consider other course related costs, in addition to living expenses, accommodation, meals, transport and entertainment.
Most students enrolled in undergraduate degrees at CSU have Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) and incur a student contribution for their studies. Eligible students may choose to receive a HECS-HELP loan from the Australian government, to assist in managing the cost of tertiary study.

For many students considering their options for the future, going to university also means moving away from home.
Students will need to consider where they will live while studying for their degree. In most instances, students will be making a choice between living on campus at university, or off campus.
Our students find that the cost of living in regional Australia is lower than in metropolitan cities, which may make tertiary study more affordable.
Living on or near campus makes perfect sense. It reduces travel time to classes, allows easy access to campus sporting and entertainment facilities, and provides a great opportunity to develop friendships with students from a variety of backgrounds enrolled in a diverse range of courses.
CSU provides a range of options for living on campus in Albury- Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange and Wagga Wagga. Students can choose between catered or self catered options.
