This course aims to produce graduates who can apply basic scientific principles to the management of Australia's natural and cultural resources for the purposes of conservation and recreation.

The course was developed in cooperation with, and with the support of, three State National Parks and Wildlife Services.

Graduation requirements

To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 24 subjects (192 points ). Students are required to complete 16 Professional Studies subjects, 4 Specialist Studies (A) subjects and 4 Specialist Studies (B ) subjects.

Students need to consult with the Course Coordinator for assistance in structuring specialist studies (B), which may be from any discipline within the University not chosen as Specialist Studies (A).
