Defines processes of corporate strategic planning, how functional areas such as
marketing, finance, operations and human resource management can be integrated
to attain organisational aims and objectives, and how strategies and policies
are successfully implemented, controlled and evaluated. Addresses practical and
theoretical issues relating to strategic management at various organisational
levels. Assumed knowledge in this subject is equivalent to that covered
in MGT570 or MGT501, and in MKT530 or MKT501, and in FIN510 or ACC501.
