This course is designed to provide graduates with an initial qualification in the field of employment services and training. It is especially directed towards personnel who are advisers in Flex 2 or Flex 3 programs. Flex 2 is designed to assist those who have been unemployed for some time to search for jobs, while Flex 3 provides more intensive assistance and training to long-term unemployed.

Admission criteria

Applicants must normally hold a degree or equivalent and/or will have relevant industrial experience.

Graduation requirements

To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 32 points (four subjects).

Residential school
