These programs aim to
meet the diverse needs of managers and others working within the broad field of
human services, either in the public or the non-government community sectors.

Admission criteria
Entry is available to
those applicants without a tertiary degree who have substantial industry
experience and whose employing body attests to their likely academic and
vocational success; or people who, in the opinion of the Course Coordinator,
would be suitable for the program.
Applicants with degrees
in relevant fields should apply for entry to the Master of Human Services
Management.
Credit
Credit of up to four
subjects (32 points) may be given to a student who has completed equivalent
study at Master, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma level at a recognised
tertiary institution. All credit applications will be considered by the Course
Coordinator.
Articulation
The Graduate
Certificate articulates with the Graduate Diploma and credit is awarded in the
Graduate Diploma for the subjects completed in the Graduate Certificate.
Progression to the Master of Human Services Management
Students who complete
the Graduate Diploma may proceed to the Master of Human Services Management
with credit for four subjects.
Graduation requirements
To graduate, students
must satisfactorily complete 64 points (eight session-length subjects) for the
Graduate Diploma and 32 points (four session-length subjects) for the Graduate
Certificate.
