ECO330   Regional Sustainable Development   (8)

PR: (ECO100 or ECO120) and ECO110

The subject aims to develop understanding of the operation of the market system in the spatial allocation and use of resources, and the limitations of its functioning.  The theoretical framework includes land use and location of economic activity, urban and regional growth and change, the quality of environment, and the regional problems and policy.
