This subject examines the regulation of commercial conduct  across the Internet. Key legal issues concerning electronic commerce are addressed. These include copyright, privacy, methods of payment, consumer protection, taxation, domain names and dispute resolution. The role of government in regulating online commercial conduct is critically analysed.  Throughout this subject consideration is given to the effectiveness of existing laws in the digital environment and

contemporary issues are explored.
