ER: Only available to students enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Project Management and the Graduate Diploma of Project Management
This is an industry based subject focused on the use of Project Management Lifecycles as a means for delivering organisational objectives. The subject will guide the participant from the start of a project idea, through planning, creation of deliverables and handover to the customer or client. An appreciation of what controls and processes are needed to maximise chances of a successful result will be gained with practical application in a simulated environment.
