Enrolment Restriction: The subject is restricted to students enrolled in courses originating from Rural Management on the Orange Campus. Other students should consult with their Course Coordinator prior to seeking enrolment.
This subject focuses on accounting systems for internal decision-makers. Students examine the process of identification, measurement, accumulation, analysis, preparation, interpretation, and communication of financial information which is needed to assist managers to achieve organisational goals. To assist students in developing these skills, this subject concentrates in particular on the management and behaviour of costs, the relationship between costs, volume and profits and the budgetary process.
