The subject is designed to give students an understanding of the principles of costing in the Australian health care industry. It will provide a coherent, comprehensive coverage of the issues involved in costing in a multi-faceted environment. It will provide an overview and understanding of the skills and knowledge currently demanded of accounting personnel working within Australia's health care industry.
