ASC135 Livestock Production Systems (8)
This is an introduction to the livestock industries in Australia and their impact both internationally and domestically. The subject revolves around the consumer and customer needs in regards to animal products. The student will investigate all aspects of customer and consumer needs and the impact quality assurance has on the production chain and also determine product specifications for varying customers. The impact that biological processes have on decision making within the livestock production system will be considered.
