The principle focus of this subject is on the financing and risk management aspects of corporate finance, and security and portfolio analysis. Valuation techniques introduced in Corporate Finance are applied to various investment types incorporating current theories in finance. Assumed Knowledge for this subject is FIN516 Corporate Finance and FIN530 Money and Capital Markets.
