This subject introduces the key practical and theoretical aspects of strategic management. An overview of the key forces and debates that gave rise to, and have influenced the ongoing development of, strategic management is provided. The potential benefits and limitations of strategic management will be also addressed. This approach allows for the development of knowledge and skills in the areas of strategic analysis, strategic choice and strategic implementation. Assumed knowledge for this subject is equivalent to that studied in MBA501, MBA503 and MBA504
