This subject covers the theory and practice of section cutting and staining. Topics covered include: paraffin-wax section processing and staining; cell chemistry; fixation and staining theory; special methods such as resin and frozen sections, enzyme- and immuno-histochemistry, bone decalcification, diagnostic cytology and microscope optics.
