Enrolment Restriction: Only available to students enrolled in the Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship) course
This subject comprises the supervised field experiences within the Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship) course namely:
- a ten day placement undertaking professional level duties in an approved public or special library, or information agency;

The subject will develop an understanding of the nature of professional learning in teacher librarianship and assist students to assemble and analyse evidence of their own learning and professional development through a portfolio approach. Students will then collect and reflect on their learning through selected assignments throughout the course, as well as their study visits and placements. This subject will be the culmination of the ongoing preparation of a professional portfolio, introduced in ETL401 in the early stages of their course.
