Enrolment Restriction: Postgraduate students only and not available to students who have completed FIN517 Advanced Corporate Finance.
This subject examines the more complex problem solving techniques applicable to an enterprise's capital budgeting functions. Students will extend their previously acquired finance skills with particular emphasis on the cash flow aspects and optimisation of returns to equity owners. The subject also addresses the techniques needed to estimate business risks of the firm. Assumed knowledge for this subject is equivalent to that covered on FIN516 Corporate Finance.
