The aim of this subject is to build on GPM415 (Corporate Governance and Accountability) and create an understanding of why and how organisations change. This subject presents the external influences on organisations, in particular in the context of policing and related professions; the different models of change and, finally, how innovation and creativity can be fostered from the ground up in large organisations.
