This subject involves the critical examination of strategic human resource management in the context of a changing business environment. The subject describes the character and pace of HRM change in broader society and provides a comprehensive coverage of strategic HRM in modern organisations and internationally. Emphasis is placed on the development, implementation and evaluation of change. The role of strategic HRM in facilitating this process is discussed and critically examined. Previous study in Human Resource Management is recommended.
