Enrolment Restriction: Postgraduate students only
There is an expectation that students enrolling in this subject will have undertaken previous studies in either management or human resource management. The subject is designed to provide students with an understanding of contemporary issues in human behaviour within organisational contexts. The subject is based in the psychological and sociological literature in reviewing and explaining HR phenomena in organisational settings. This will be undertaken with a view to the development of more informed and professional HR practices.
