JST452 Intelligence Management (8)
This subject equips the student with a comprehensive understanding of Management principles in an Intelligence setting. The application of key general management concepts (including organizational structure, staffing issues and goal setting) will be examined in the Intelligence context.
Students will reflect on the position of an Intelligence Manager as the functional link between Intelligence practitioners and Executive staff. Students will also explore current issues and challenges in Intelligence Management, including staff development & training, the intelligence-policy nexus and making intelligence 'actionable'.
