Enrolment Restriction: Available only to students in:
Graduate Diploma of Project Management or
Master of Business Administration (Computing) or
Master of Systems Development.
This is an industry based subject where students will utilise project management tools to efficiently align resources and business activities with strategic objectives in an enterprise environment. Students will study how to monitor performance and make better business decisions about their overall work portfolio by planning and tracking a portfolio of projects with clarity and precision.
