This unit focuses on developing an appreciation and understanding of project management in the contemporary business environment. Project management has traditionally been very technically focused and the course complements this important aspect of Project Management with both policy issues and sociocultural aspects of successful project outcomes. The unit has a strong theoretical focus paralleled with practical application and is supported with the use of a popular Project Management software platform.
