Enrolment Restriction: Post Graduate students only.
In this subject, participants will explore and analyse, in the context of relevant theories and research, current and projected entrepreneurial issues which impact on organisational leaders and which organisational leaders need to address as significant determinants of organisational futures. Key issues affecting the success of the entrepreneurial organisation will be studied and participants will be required to contribute to the recognition of them through their analysis of leadership challenges.
