The subject covers governance regimes and the responsibilities of directors as discussed in the context of Accounting, Law, Business Ethics, and World Order Studies. It examines local councils, Non Government Organisations (NGOs), business corporations and structures of global governance. Ethical and leadership issues are woven into the discussion of corporate governance primarily as it is applied to the business corporation.
